1. No Refunds for Incorrect Orders

We kindly ask customers to carefully review product names, descriptions, sizes, and usage details before completing a purchase.

Skin By FT does not offer refunds or exchanges for items selected incorrectly by the customer. Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be refunded due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong product.

Please ensure all details are correct before checkout.


2. Damaged or Faulty Products

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will assist you under the following conditions:

Proof Required:
Clear photographs or videos showing:

Resolution:
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund to your original payment method if replacement is unavailable.


3. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to us:

  • You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

  • Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
